NHS West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group approached me to help with the ideas & designs for a campaign to help promote their 111 service. The campaign had a positive impact so has also been used by Southampton City CCG.
The campaign needed to reach out to a broad range of people from students to people aged 60+. We directly targeted these different groups by using real life scenario’s that they could potentially find themselves in, and also the real pharmacists and 111 operators of the area helped to add a trust element to our campaign. All of this helped the people of West Hampshire realise when they could and should be using the 111 service.
We’re here for you 2015 campaign, has been put across posters, billboards, leaflets and a website.
Below are business card size leaflets which along with A2/A3 size posters, were used in doctors waiting rooms, on university campuses and in pharmacies.
